What problem is Atlas solving?

The solar industry has come along way since the beginning of the Century, however, there is still more that needs to be done. We believe that the solar industry is not as efficient as it should be and therefore, we are going to utilize commercially available technology integrated with Atlas’ proprietary algorithm to create an autonomous solar field that will reduce costs by 25% for each project. We will also work on expanding technology through our partners to reduce costs and therefore increase efficiency – and as a result that increases revenues and investor profits.

What is Atlas’ solution to the problem?

Our solution creates more efficiency by reducing costs using autonomous technologies and therefore increase revenues and profits for investors. Utilizing autonomous technology with machine learning and A.I. frameworks, Atlas can integrate commercially available technologies and use its proprietary algorithm to reduce development and operational costs by 25% or $25 million on a typical 65MW solar field.

What is the opportunity for investors?

Atlas is a global developer of autonomous solar fields. The current global solar market is a $61 billion industry. It is projected that by 2027, the global solar market will be $261 billion. Atlas is in a strong position to claim a substantial percentage of the global solar market due to the reduction in costs with its autonomous solar fields. To date, the Company is building autonomous solar fields in California, Nevada, Utah and Australia. Our team has a plethora of experience and education in real estate, finance, government and relationships with top experts in the solar industry to successful execute our business model.

What has Atlas accomplished so far?

The company has secured six sites for autonomous solar field developments in several Western states and in Western Australia. Additionally, the company has obtained permits for installation of the autonomous solar fields on three of the sites; and continues to work with local, state and federal governments to secure permits for the remaining three sites. Atlas has also applied for interconnection and off-take agreements with the jurisdiction’s local utility companies. We are exploring alternative off-take agreements with private market makers as well. Anticipated new Federal regulations will eliminate some of the arduous regulatory requirements and streamline the processes for permitting, offtake and transmission, especially on Bureau of Land Management property.

Moreover, the company has contracted with the appropriate partners for our autonomous solar field system. The company has ensured that the components are commercially available, reliable with long-term warranties and interrogatable together using our proprietary algorithm. Lastly, Atlas’ autonomous solar fields will have long-term battery storage solutions to ensure that the efficiency created by autonomous solar field operations do not go wasted and reduce profits. The CF raise is another exciting milestone for Atlas and we are excited that our autonomous solar fields will set an industry standard for efficiency and cost effectiveness as we pursue $10bn of the global solar market share by 2030.

How does the technology work?

Imagine a solar field entirely run by autonomous technology that monitors, protects and learns every second of the day. Autonomous Solar Fields are the workhorses that drive all aspects of a utility-scaled operation, including grid management, security, cleaning and battery storage all connecting effortlessly and seamlessly with Atlas’ Autonomous Solar Fields.

What are the key attributes of an Atlas Autonomous Solar Field?

Atlas Autonomous Solar Fields are comprised of three main foundational principles: Real-time information, A.I. machine learning and Security. These integrated technologies enable Atlas to develop its autonomous solar fields at 25% less cost than a traditional project.

A. Real-Time Information

Drone-enabled A.I. Autonomy allows drones to learn and make decisions based on the data received from overhead flights that monitor operations and security. Although two distinct systems and purposes the drones continually share information and learn from one another to increase productivity and safety.

B. Continuous Machine Learning and Application of Knowledge™

Continuous Machine Learning and Application of Knowledge works by continuously learning and implementing the best practices to increase efficiency of the sites, and as a result, a greater profit market for shareholders. Cloud Synced and Streamed Data allows for the data collection sharing and analyses by the autonomous systems to be synced and streamed across both national and international facilities.

C. Fortified, Independent Security Apparatus

Fortified, Independent Security Apparatus ensures that hostile foreign powers and actors are not able to disrupt the autonomous operations of the solar field by utilizing a stand-alone network for each facility and implementing the strictest of security solutions to changing and evolving threats to our critical infrastructure.

How does Atlas make money for its investors?

Efficiency equals more energy created and that reduces CO2 emissions, and as a result, more profit for shareholders. Simply put, creating autonomous solar fields increases the capacity for production of solar while also creating a potential for a greater profit margin for shareholders. The price of the lowest utility solar project was 70 cents per KW. in 2020.* Atlas projects that with the combination of the efficiency created by the use of autonomous technologies in combination with Atlas’ proprietary algorithm there will be an expected cost savings of 25% or more. This will enable an autonomous solar field to be developed from start to finish for 50-52 cents per KW or about $25 million less than a typical 65MW utility solar project. We project these savings will increase as systems and data are evaluated by A.I. technology which will further advance our goal to roll out an autonomous solar field with a command sent to an A.I. enabled drone.

How is Atlas different from its competitors?

The solar power industry is poised for exponential growth in this decade. During this decade favorable government legislation is expected to continue making solar power more cost competitive than other energy sources. Additionally, the large expansion of government spending is set to support the industry as the push toward renewables accelerates. Electric power consumption is expected to increase slightly but is expected to continue its shift toward renewable sources and away from fossil fuels.

Competitors use traditional development methods, including expensive consultants and contractors while also paying exorbitant in-house development costs. Atlas utilizes an in-house team of professionals that use software automation to complete tasks that are typically outsourced to costly consultants, including site selection, due diligence, zoning, interconnection and off-take.

Moreover, Atlas uses a racking system that does not require traditional construction practices and only requires hand tools for installation and setup. American designed and engineered modules and inverters provide a reliable 30-year warranty - an industry first - that cohesively work with the racking system and A.I. enabled drones to create a more efficient installation process. The autonomous drone system lays out the site plan and instructs the autonomous pile driver to install the solar piles for the modules. The A.I. enabled drones will monitor and share data with the autonomous pile and module installer robots to ensure an efficient and streamlined approach to installation and operation of the autonomous solar field. The A.I. enabled drones will provide 24/7 security to the autonomous solar field as well as monitor and report any maintenance issues, including module or inverter issues.

The efficiency created using autonomous technologies in combination with Atlas’ proprietary algorithm is projected to save 25% of the total cost of a typical 65MW project or $25 million.

What is Atlas’ vision for the future of the company?

We believe these savings will increase as systems and data are evaluated by A.I. technology and further advancement of our goal to roll out an autonomous solar field with a command to an A.I. enabled drone. Atlas, Inc. will scale our operations to capture $10 billion or more of the expected $261 billion global solar market by 2030. Atlas will continue to invest in Research and Development to implement cutting edge clean technologies to enhance market share and grow shareholder value.
